This is a new deluxe lodge with all kitchen amenities, fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine. Two bedrooms, lounge and an equipped kitchen, with seating to dine.

There is lots to do on site including fishing, eating, shopping, golf, theatre, soft play, more details available on their web site. WiFi, sky TV.
The site is located on the Suffolk Tourist Route, with lots to do locally.
Bistro on site has great food. Its near show ground and theatre which has special events on through out the year.
There is lots on the site of Stonham Barns Park, which is a short walk from the cabin. Beaches, towns and history are all within a 40 mins drive. We enjoy the Needham Lakes for a walk and coffee, the playground here looks fun too, only 15 mins drive away.

Set in the tranquil Suffolk countryside yet only around an hour to the coast (Southwold, Aldeburgh, Felixstowe) and less than 30 mins to Ipswich, Stowmarket & Framlingham, Stonham Barns has so much to offer.
Our lodge is set next to a fishing lake a quiet relaxing setting & then less than 5 mins walk you can access a children’s play area, crazy golf, the owl sanctuary, a selection of independent shops, a bistro and theatre.

Other things to note
For short breaks of less than 4 days a deposit of £50 is required. Over 4 days, it is £100.
The lodge must not be used to charge electric vehicles.
The heating is set to come on at 7 until 9 a.m. and dusk until 10 pm. If you require different settings, please let us know.
Due to the extortionate cost of power we have to make an addional charge for heat and light October to March.

A lovely (2020) Brand new Holiday Lodge set in a lovely site surrounded by fishing lakes, a golf course. Children’s play area with lots of things to keep them happy and entertained for hours.

Our beautiful bungalow is fully furnished and situated in a quiet position on the edge of the park with stunning views of Welney countryside and river. During your stay you will have use of the fully stocked fishing lakes with dawn to dusk fishing.

There is a Co-op in Littleport approximately 15 minutes drive away or a Marks & Spencer quick shop at the local garage. The Lamb and Flag is a typical English pub which is only a 5 minute walk at top of the road which offers great locally sourced food either eat in or takeaway and also evening entertainment. With villages and towns, such as Wisbech – the capital of the fens, March, Chatteris, Kings Lynn, Ely and its cathedral all less than 45 minutes away, it’s also a great base location for the casual shopper and sightseer too.
